All of the pizzas at L’Altro Impero are made with natural leaven and all of the toppings are organically farmed.
The natural yeasts requires prolonged, low-temperature cooking. For this reason we use an electric furnace that compliments the natural leavening and produces a pizza of slightly smaller dimensions, but with a higher and more fragrant crust.
Our customer focus is not just limited to genuine, high quality products. We have also decided to involve customers in designing our pizzas. For this reason, our menu includes two pizzas created as a result of suggestions from two of our loyal Impero customers: the prefect, Francesco Giovannucci and Tea Mercuri.
